Contacts Module Redesign with AI in CRM
This is a weekend project I worked on, in Q4 2023, to showcase how AI can be integrated into the daily workflows of a customer center executive through the contacts module in CRM. The idea was to eventually scale this into an AI-powered lead generation agent that could handle everything—from scheduling meetings and processing documentation to generating customer propensity score and sending reminders.
