About Organisation
Delhivery is one of India’s largest logistics companies, known for its tech-driven operations across express delivery, freight, and warehousing and cross-border logistics. It combines physical infrastructure with in-house software to manage high-volume logistics efficiently.
About OS1 Product
OS1 is Delhivery’s Logistics SaaS platform that productizes its internal logistics tools into a modular and scalable suite for external logistics teams. It helps create a new revenue stream by offering a software suite.
My Role
As Lead Product Designer on OS1, I balanced team leadership and hands-on design. I led OKRs, design processes, and cross-functional collaboration. My design work spanned across the OS1 Platform (self-serve console, payments, API manager, workflow builder, contract automation) and DispatchOne (dispatch management, order management, route optimiser, driver app).

OS1 Driver App
re-Design
As e-commerce is making a shift towards delivering in minutes, Dispatch management B2B SaaS found an opportunity in quicker deliveries;
The OS1 Driver App, built for broad use cases, was slow and unintuitive for last-mile deliveries—causing delays, high training time, and order failures. It needed a redesign tailored for last-mile and quick-commerce workflows.
How did I do it
Audited the existing app and conducted field research at last-mile hubs to identify usability gaps. Worked within tech constraints and redesigned flows — reducing time to interact, reducing cognitive load by better hierarchy, using familiar terminology (also, UI supports localisation now), clear UI cues, and safer deliveries, which discourages mobile use while driving.
On Ground Impact
Reduced task completion time by 20%, and lowered delivery failures from 6 to 2 per dispatch on average. The last driver in the same shift would leave 20 minutes earlier due to early confirmations in the app. While riders can complete more deliveries with app redesign - drivers expressed longer break would increase efficiency by reducing fatigue; so this was suggested to the operations team. Oh yeah, one more thing, Nykaa delivered an order in 4 minutes using the new OS1 Driver App.

Preview Fearure for Workflow Builder
OS1 Workflow Builder is a canvas for configuring workflows for mobile apps used by drivers.
Logistics operations manager would create workflows which dictate the mobile app flows for delivery drivers.
The problem
…is that configuring these flows is so complex, OS1 solutions team or product managers would setup these for clients, which would take about 3-4 days with at least 2 rollbacks during testing.
after digging deep, I foundout that
users, including internal solutions team lacked real-time visibility into what they were building. They often started over or made errors because they couldn't preview how workflow would reflect in driver app.
therfore I designed
…a real-time mobile preview panel.
As users drag-and-drop ETs (Execution Tasks e.g., “Start”, “Collect Payment”, “Verify OTP”), they can immediately click Preview.
A live mobile screen appears on the right panel.
Users can interact with this simulation and test the user flow in mobile panel before even saving or publishing the workflow.
Impact
Reduced setup and test time by ~80%.
Eliminated back-and-forth with dispatch creation for testing.
Client's ops teams started using builder and saved minimum of 64 man hours for solutions team during setup

About Organisation
Locus is a last‑mile route‑optimization SaaS company specializing in AI‑powered logistics for delivery operations. Its platform enables efficient dispatch, rostering, contract management, and real‑time route optimization
My Role
As a Senior Product Designer in a team of six, I led feature development within the Dispatch POD, covering dispatch management tool with route optimiser, roster for riders and vehicles, contracts for fleet management, rider payouts. I also spearheaded 0-to-1 initiatives, such as the transporter dashboard and designing the map module to manage route restrictions, operating zones, and servicability areas. Additionally, I mentored two junior designers and contributed actively to the evolution of our design system.
Projects at Locus 1
Transporter Dashboard
Shippers who are clients of Locus outsource the Tier-3 deliveries to third-party transporters and get updates about deliveries in informal channels like whatsapp.
We identified an opportunity here to create a transporter dashboard, also known as Transporter as a Persona which could enable transporters to accept and manage tours (sets of orders to be delivered) in one place.
for a quick PoC,
I built a clickable prototype in Figma using an existing tabular layout to showcase user flow, presented it to shippers to get a go-ahead and designed a dashboard with a list of cards—easy to develop in one go for any device.
Since the launch,
this was scaled into a full transporter management tool which optimised 1.22 billion orders and saved a total of $303+ million in logistics costs.

About Harman
Harman is a global leader in automotive software services and connected infotainment, supplying audio, navigation, and in-vehicle technology to over 30 million cars worldwide. Harman focuses on developing scalable, software-driven experiences for the digital cockpit and connected mobility.
About Huemen
Huemen is an internal design services studio with a team of researchers, designers and problem-solvers passionate about creating meaningful experiences, while actively working for all design services for Harman, huemen provides design services to external clients - independently.
My Role
I held end-to-end ownership of Harman Automotive’s in-car infotainment UX—starting from pitching early wireframes to product owners to the final deployment on vehicle head units. My responsibilities included interaction design, UI specification (UIS) documentation, testing, and cross-functional coordination with hardware and software teams. During this time, I also created a reusable component library tailored for a tabletop demo head unit. This enabled the team to present POCs with polished visual designs instead of wireframes, reducing prototype turnaround time by nearly 40%.

Personi-Fi Φ Audio Personalisation App
Personi-Fi is an in-car audio personalisation concept designed and implemented for FCA R1 infotainment system to showcase harman in-car experiences.
I was tasked to design an interface to capture user demographics, preferences, and listening capabilities and create user flows for demo use cases.
What did I do
Apart from designing flows for existing usecases, I have designed a single hero screen to toggle as many as 10 controls, reducing the number of interactions during demo.
